With Winn serving as the shows resident tech geek, here we saw him concoct a plan to attach a bug to Dirk Armstrongs PC in an attempt to infiltrate his files and e-mails in order to prove that hes the no-good sort behind the e-mail hack of Cat Grant. This is all well and good, but when we see the plan put into action it doesnt feel quite right. What we saw was James attach the bug to the back of Dirks monitor. Is it really possible to hack into somebodys CPU or hard drive purely by attaching something to their monitor? Thats a serious question. Is there anybody more tech-savvy than me out there who can let me know if this really is doable, for it certainly seems a little far-fetched?
