Since Supergirls debut, the show has been at its best when weve seen Karas emotions explored. For instance, when we saw the Maid of Might absolutely pummel Red Tornado, that was one of the highlights of the series to date. Here we find Kara angry, upset and feeling deceived when the hologram of her mother reveals that she was used as a pawn in a plan to capture Astra back on Krypton. Again, when Melissa Benoist gets something involving and meaningful to sink her teeth into, Supergirl as a show shines. So with a twenty-episode season now confirmed, please can we get more of this when the show returns next year?
