After spending some time thinking on it, Wells tells Zoom that he will help him gain the Flash's speed, in order to save his daughter's life. It's an understandable move from a desperate man, but there should be a pretty simple way of getting out of it. Wells could just go and tell Team Flash that he knows of Zoom's plan, that he has his trust, and then they can use that to their advantage to beat him. It sounds easy, but things rarely are that way on TV. So will Wells actually double-cross Zoom, or is he going to genuinely help him defeat the Flash?
