Wells gets his daughter back briefly this week, only for her to be snatched away again by Zoom. The conditions are pretty simple: Wells helps Zoom get the Flash's speed, and he gets his daughter back alive. At this stage, his daughter Jesse is still powerless. However, it has already been revealed that she will become the speedster Jesse Quick at some point on the show. With Wells helping Zoom (or at least saying he will), and the ability the villain has when it comes to speed, could this somehow tie into Jesse becoming Quick?
