This time, with Turtle committing crimes (and seemingly being Ciscos long-time nemesis), we see this new rogue positioned as Moby Dick to Ciscos Captain Ahab. As such, Cisco sternly declares From hells heart I stab at thee! just as Team Flash set out to tackle their villain-of-the-day. Cisco Ramon, yet again stealing the show.
