In terms of sticking it to The Flash, it likely doesnt get any more brilliant than what Turtle managed to do here during their initial meeting. Not only does Turtle slow down all of the civilians present, he then slows down The Flash before giving the Scarlet Speedster a cheeky, knowing wink at whats unfolded. Thats akin to somebody chopping off Ron Jeremys manhood and then proceeding to slap him round the face with it. Sure, Turtle may have been a slightly generic villain at times, but this first meeting between him and The Flash was brilliantly done and gave the rogue some instant credibility.
