In fairness, Earth-2s Harrison Wells is creepy enough to make anybody jump, but throw in the ominous outfit of The Reverse-Flash and you have something to really be scared of. When Wells arranges to meet Cisco in private, Harry surprises our beloved Mr. Ramon by turning up in full Reverse-Flash getup. As such, Cisco responds in the only way possible: by letting out a shrill scream that would do the likes of Jamie Lee Curtis or Neve Campbell proud. Sadly, this moment would prove to be one of the least traumatic for Cisco Ramon as far as The Reverse-Flash Returns was concerned.
