12. Enid

Enid's come a long way since her turtle-eating, is-she-a-Wolf days, and is now an accepted part of the communities at both Alexandria and Hilltop, largely thanks to her relationships with Carl and Maggie.

Due to her relationship with Maggie, which progressed quite rapidly during Season 7, it's likely she'll have more to do this year, and that there'll be a sense of Maggie already losing the person closest to her, so there's less dramatic need to strip someone else away.
