Rosita's actions in Season 7 seemed destined to get her killed, but right at the last minute it was Sasha who went running into the Sanctuary, and Rosita lived to fight another day. She was then put in the firing line in the finale, and actually took a bullet, but once again managed to survive.

Add in the fact she was part of the line-up in front of Negan, and that's quite a few brushes with death she made it through last year. That could mean her time is up, but the show has been trying hard to develop her character too. Those things combined suggest they want her around for a long(ish) haul, and that she'll once again manage to survive this year.
