2. Lio Rush

Another performer that perhaps only serves as a surprising entry here because he's somehow still there, Lio Rush has struggled to climb out of the sh*t that fell upon him amidst public protestations earlier this year.

Already carrying something of a reputation after an ill-advised bit of banter at Emma's expense following her 2017 release, Rush became a regular in articles and reports about those with rarely-heard-about heat in the locker room. Amidst various stories about him failing to observe various backstage rules and unwritten by-laws, Rush stood up for himself by heavily implying that racism was at the root of the various archaic orders and attacks he was supposed to silently endure.

Regardless of just how strained the relationship came between Rush and management, the "23-year-old piece of gold" hasn't yet been released or demoted to NXT in spite of initial suggestions that the outcome was inevitable.
