Amidst reports that Vince McMahon was keeping him off WWE TV due to being out of shape, Randy Orton made a big return at Fast Lane. Looking trim, The Viper fought of The Authority, and looks to be headed for a match against Seth Rollins at Wrestlemania. Such a bout should be a solid mid-card addition to the show at Levi's Stadium in late-March. Shockingly, given that wrestling fans have been less than receptive over some of WWE's bigger decisions over the past few years - especially involving babyfaces - ringsiders in attendance were delighted to see Orton. There were event chants for him before he actually appeared, which bodes well for his showdown with Rollins at 'Mania. There's an argument to be made that Seth Rollins is such a good heel that he'd make anybody get cheered, but Randy's previous babyface runs were less than successful, so this is a supreme start for the guy, and something he'll look to capitalise on as a good guy. Orton looked fired up, and it's impossible to imagine he won't want to show just how great shape he's in come Wrestlemania.
