5. Mizfits

Mizfits is an obvious play on "misfits" which is for lack of a better term, an outcast. Society has cast their shadow on those individuals that may not conform to what is considered "the norm" or acceptable.

Even though The Miz has been a heel for the vast majority of his WWE career, if you want a certain following to grow then insulting them probably isn't the way to go.

Being called a "Mizfit" doesn't have the nicest overtone. Furthermore, it doesn't even have a tie-in with the character portrayed by Mike Mizanin. He's not a social outcast or a pariah as he would imply his followers are. In fact, he was a reality TV star before joining WWE and he resembles many of the characteristics that are the complete opposite of a misfit. It doesn't fit.

When referring to The Miz's fans, the term just doesn't make sense and is an example of WWE just picking a word that sounds like the character's name regardless of its meaning or connotation.
