10 Best WWE Night Of Champions PPV Win-Loss Records
10. The Miz - 7 Matches, 4 Wins
We begin with a comment on an anomaly. Four men have taken part in seven matches at Night of Champions, and three of those have four wins from those seven. The third of these, Cody Rhodes, misses out on the list because of one of the more interesting storylines of the era. Cody's first Night of Champions came in 2008 as he and Hardcore Holly defended the tag titles against Ted DiBiase and a mystery partner. Of course, Cody ended up being the mystery partner, and therefore has the strange return of 7 Matches, 4 Wins and 4 Losses. Only in wrestling.
Which leaves The Miz at number 10. His wins have come in a successful tag title defence with John Morrison against Finlay in Hornswoggle (2008), a singles win against Fandango (2013) and Intercontinental title defences in a Fatal 4-Way (2012) and against Dolph Ziggler (2014). This of course leaves three losses. One of these came in a six-pack challenge for the US title in 2009 (where The Miz wasn't involved in the decision) and another was a tag team loss by disqualification in 2011. Sandwiched in between these two was his submission loss to Daniel Bryan in an excellent match in 2010.
