Alright, Roman Reigns is sh*t.

Is that what you wanted to hear? It's hard to keep track at this point - 'The Big Dog' is lauded for his performances when such praise is deserved. It was heaped upon him for much of 2017 after he underwent something of an in-ring transformation the year earlier. It is being cautiously retracted this year, but that's as much due to some of the worst main event booking this side of a red, white and blue-branded megabus travelling the length and breadth of the United States.

This year alone, Reigns has lost one Royal Rumble title shot to Shinsuke Nakamura, two title matches to Brock Lesnar and at least three zeroes off his next royalty cheque if the fleeing masses during the Backlash main event indicated his current popularity.

To loathed to be a babyface but not actually hated enough to pull off being a heel, Roman Reigns is absolutely f*cked. A victim of a broken system as well as a symbol of why it goes wrong. It wouldn't be so bad, if he wasn't so good.
