As 2015 progressed, fans started hearing reports that a sea change was set to happen in WWE. Several female talents had become disgruntled by the way they were being treated. Not only that, but the women in NXT were earning rave reviews for their performances, and it only seemed a matter of time before they were promoted to the main roster. The time finally came during the Summer, and the likes of Sasha Banks, Charlotte and Becky Lynch were called up from NXT. The latter pairing would combine with Paige to form 'Team PCB'. Meanwhile, Banks would align with Naomi and Tamina as 'Team B.A.D'. Completing the 'female revolution' ranks were 'Team Bella', Alicia Fox and The Bella Twins. Initially, things seemed exciting, but WWE rushed the entire concept. In less than the span of a few months, Team PCB split up and the main story in the Divas division became less about warring groups and more about friction between Charlotte and Paige. There was no need for WWE to act so quckly with the tale, it could easily have moved at a much slower pace and still been enjoyable. Each faction didn't even interact much with the others.
