10 Bold WWE Predictions For 2017

10. Cesaro Gets A Huge Push

We thought 2016 would finally be Cesaro's year but, alas, once again WWE failed to realise just what a talent they have on their hands in 'The Swiss Superman'.

Although his newer James Bond / Chippendales inspired gimmick is a bit odd, you can't deny that Cesaro draws one of the loudest crowd reactions on the active roster. Except WWE seemingly can deny it, as they continue to ignore just how popular Cesaro is. His work against and then alongside Sheamus in 2016 seemed to invigorate both men but Cesaro still hasn't kicked on and been permitted to knock on the door of the main event.

Hopefully 2017 is when all that changes. While we're not asking for Cesaro to win the WWE Championship next year, it would be nice to see him transferred to Smackdown and handed a lengthy run with the Intercontinental title. Hell, transfer Sami Zayn too and these two can tear it up at each Smackdown PPV for a few months and maybe even headline some shows together. WWE can't hold Cesaro back forever; can they?
