Curtis Axel? More like eh, I got nothing for this one. Well Axel may be the son of perfection, hes far from perfect in every conceivable category. His look is pretty bland, his charisma is almost non-existent, and while hes capable in the ring, hes just not overly exciting. WWE did try with Axel. You got to give the company credit for that. They gave him a mini-feud with HHH, they paired him with Heyman, they even let him talk a few times. It all fell flat. Now when you see Axel on TV, you just assume that hes going to lose. You get up, make a sandwich, come back, and sure enough hes lost. While his tag partner Ryback has been pushed pretty far down the card himself, Axel seems to be holding him back! Some fans are actually into Ryback these days again, but no so much Axel. At 34-years-old, its doubtful that hes going to get another new name, or receive another push. So from here on out well just have to settle for him jobbing to everyone on the roster until he eventually gets a job as a trainer.
