10 Christmas Gifts Every WWE Fan Wants For 2019
9. A Pulsating Raw Every Week
...please take a look at how Raw's booking is handled and ensure a smooth, enjoyable three hours of television every Monday night.
At the moment, the program is borderline unwatchable in one sitting, and that comes from someone who sat through 1995's darkest days. Back then though, Monday night's delight was a scant 60 minutes long, meaning it didn't overstay its welcome. Come 4am UK time these days, this fan is exhausted by interminable ad breaks and meagre slices of fun.
Again, the talent isn't to blame for this. They can only do so much, and it's hardly their fault that WWE's writing team believe stock promos, a whole bunch of replays and 50/50 booking so tame it helps nobody get over is the way forward. Raw used to be so exciting, so vibrant, and it could still be that at three hours in length.
As the 180-minute deal isn't going away any time soon (it earns WWE too much cash for that), it's important they come up with a way to make the show pulsating again. There's no excuse for shows passing everyone by without incident.
