If Xavier Woods is going out on a limb, then suggesting Shinsuke Nakamura is a future WWE main eventer before he even debuts may just be walking a tightrope. Vince McMahon and Triple H have always said that the number one characteristic that any potential WWE superstar must have is charisma. Nakamura has that in spades. Still, it's incredibly difficult to predict how any incoming talent will do once they arrive in NXT or WWE. Many thought KENTA (aka Hideo Itami) would be a surefire main event talent within a couple years after signing with WWE, but thus far, those predictions have been wrong. If anyone has the ability to pull off that transition in a major way it is the man soon-to-be-formerly-known as Shinsuke Nakamura. Time will tell if Nakamura will successfully scale the WWE ranks or if he simply becomes another mid-carder. The company seems to have high hopes for this superstar and his skillset, determination, and experience in NJPW say that he is indeed up for the challenge.
