10 Last-Minute WWE Great Balls Of Fire Rumours You Need To Know
10. Paul Heyman Turns On Brock Lesnar
Paul Heyman has been a constant presence at Brock Lesnar's side for five years, but that still doesn't mean that "The Beast" should trust him. Heyman has a habit of turning on his clients, and while Brock is far and away his top meal ticket, it doesn't mean that the former owner of ECW wouldn't sell him out for a better opportunity. With that in mind, could Heyman turn on Lesnar and help Samoa Joe win the Universal Title, ushering in a new era (and crowning a champion who'll be on Raw every week)?
If that scenario sounds familiar, it's because the same thing happened at the 2002 Survivor Series - Heyman double-crossed Lesnar, helping end his first WWE Title reign at the hands of The Big Show. Still, Lesnar and Heyman eventually reconciled, and 15 years is more than enough time elapsed to repeat an angle.
Nevertheless, it's extremely unlikely Brock will lose the title to Joe - even if the company wants a more visible champ, they'll get another chance for it next month (more on that later). There's no need for a Heyman turn, and everyone's favorite manager-client pairing can continue without incident.
