4. Make The Women's Division Matter

RAW's turbulent women's division has been problematic for months. Asuka hasn't been treated with the respect that she deserves, instead she has been relegated to playing second fiddle to Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss and even Lacey Evans. In fact, the only time that Asuka has had a prominent role on RAW was during her feud with Sasha Banks and Bayley.

In stark contract to this, SmackDown has been treating their women's division right. They have been given time, good characters and creative freedom. Bayley, Sasha Banks, Bianca Belair and Carmella all feel like distinct characters. They have unique personalities and reasons for going after the title.

RAW is suffering from a lack of characters. What is Asuka's character? What is Charlotte Flair's character? These shouldn't be questions that we're asking of their top stars. This is something that should already be established.

Monday Night RAW need to look at the individuality of SmackDown's women's division and create their own unique cast of characters. Maybe they're getting there with Alexa Bliss, but the division as a whole needs more care.
