A lot of WWECW Champions at the top of this list it would seem. Big Show picked up his one and only ECW Championship on an episode of ECW TV in July 2006, defeating Rob Van Dam for the title thanks to assistance from then-General Manager Paul Heyman. In a sight that was either the desired reaction to the result, a parody of the norms of the mid 90s or a sign of utter disgust from the crowd, drinks and garbage were thrown into the ring in protest at the decision. Show became the first man to win the WCW, WWE/F and ECW Heavyweight titles, along with being the first non-ECW Original to pick up the belt. His run was typically dominant for a giant, defeating many names for the belt but also losing a few matches by disqualification along the way. Show's defences quickly petered out however, as he was used more on RAW and SmackDown to further other feuds as opposed to ECW, fairly indicative of his career. He lost the title after 152 days in the ECW Elimination Chamber match at the aforementioned December to Desperately Try Not To Remember PPV at the end of 2006.
