Every year, each PPV runs a little longer than the last.

This year’s WrestleMania will be no exception, with 17 matches rumoured to take place. Quantity over quality is not a signal of a good PPV in anyone’s eyes, except for WWE apparently. Matches that should never see the 15-minute mark end up going 30-minutes bell-to-bell.

Not only will we get 17 matches, we also have the Kickoff Show to contend with. This is an excuse to roll out such personalities as David Otunga. Who needs an extra two-hours listening to the so-called distinguished panel painfully analysing the upcoming WrestleMania matches?

On top of all this, we also have to endure musical performances, celebrity appearances, elaborate entrances, a Hall of Fame parade, backstage segments, returning legends and no doubt much more…
