10. Ronda Rousey

Ronda Rousey was a lot of things during her first WWE run, but "boring" was never really one of them. 2022 hasn't been kind to the ex-UFC mauler though; Ronda has won the Royal Rumble and reigned supreme as SmackDown Women's Champ, but her matches can be terribly flat.

Worse, Rousey on the mic is a shaky, under-confident mess when she's supposed to be composed, self-assured and dominant. Sure, it's unfair to slag someone off because promos aren't a core strength, but WWE need to realise that consistently booking Ronda into a corner on the mic is...a bit thick.

Matches vs. Natayla, Liv Morgan, Shotzi and others have been bang average this year. In fact, Charlotte Flair is arguably the only one who has been able to pull some sort of excitement from Rousey. She's a big star, yes, but Ronda still feels like someone playing pro wrestler rather than being one.
