3. Booker T And His Brother Knew They Were Parting Ways

By 2001, Booker T was a fully-fledged singles star in WCW, the kind of performer who was more akin to going after the World Title than teaming with his flesh and blood, Stevie Ray. The older sibling had himself been largely phased out of active competition, and was more commonly seen as an announcer on lowly shows such as Thunder. Nonetheless, Booker has remarked since then that he felt a great deal of sadness when it became clear WCW was going under, because it'd likely be the last time he and his brother would even be working alongside one another in the same company again. Ray was starting to wind down his career, whereas Booker obviously had so much more to give to the industry. Knowing he could make a success of himself in the WWF, Booker T and his brother shared a moment backstage, one which brought about a dawning realisation that the road they'd be charging down together for years was about to take a sharp turn, and things would never be the same.
