4. The Future Of WWE Being In Doubt Given Vince's Age
No matter how many times WWE might try to present the notion that HHH and Stephanie are fully in charge, anyone with half a brain knows that Vince still runs the show, even after the board of directors named HHH acting COO a few years ago, which relived Vince of his duties. However, since Vince turned 70 recently, this would be an interesting time to create a storyline around whether the WWE roster trusts the supposed new management of WWE, or whether Vince is actually better off running the company until he dies. WWE could craft an entire storyline around the very real backstage problems WWEs facing right now. Extremely low ratings, lack of storyline continuity, and decisions being made on personal backstage perceptions (i.e. Rusev & Lana being together) could all be used as reasons why Vince no longer has it in him to run WWE. Such a storyline could garner significant interest if presented properly. Loyal fans of Vinces would want to see him stay in the company, while more critical fans would love to see him go. Imagine seeing WWE Superstars contemplating their futures under Vince or under new management. That could lead to entire new dynamics, as certain wrestlers would have loyalties to different people, leading to the possibility of new rivalries and allegiances.
