10 Superstars Kurt Angle Needs To Face Before He Retires

By Andrew Pollard /

7. Dolph Ziggler

Poor Dolph Ziggler. It seems that regardless of how much the fans get behind him, WWE management just won't give him a shot at a serious main event push. Still, regardless of what the powers that be think, Ziggler is a hell of a performer with plenty of 'upside' as JR would say. Whilst Dolph is arguably at his best as an arrogant, cocksure heel, it€™s his selling that often catches the attention. When Ziggler is in the ring and taking a beating, he sells that beating like nobody else on the WWE roster can. Because of this trait, he€™s a perfect candidate to face Kurt Angle before the Olympian retires. Just think about it, Angle locking in countless submissions and utilizing a host of suplexes against a prone and limp Ziggler who looks like he€™s on the verge of taking his last breath at the punishment unleashed upon him. Mixing Angle€™s legitimate-looking offense and The Show Off's expert selling would make for a perfect match-up.
