One of the main features of the magazine is an extended interview with the infamous Buff Bagwell, who would stink out the joint on Monday Night Raw just months later in a terribly-received match with Booker T. That bout would apparently end Vince McMahon's interest in running WCW as a separate brand, but Bagwell was still a big star towards the end of the promotion's original run. In the interview, Buff talks candidly about everything from biding his time with WCW, to the horrendous neck injury he would suffer on Thunder in 1998. The accident would put the guy on the shelf for quite some time, and would pretty much halt any momentum he was building as a member of the nWo. Unbelievably, in a WCW publication, Buff Bagwell expressly states that he could "sign with Vince McMahon tomorrow", but that he doesn't want to, because he believes in World Championship Wrestling. Can you imagine reading such a thing at the time? It takes quite the ego to even utter such words, but maybe a lot more stupidity from WCW to publish it in their own magazine.
