6. He Was WCW Television Champion Via 'Power Of Attorney'
1998 came to WCW, and Booker T was enjoying something a successful singles run as Stevie Ray took time off. By the time June came around, Booker was a five time (five time! five time! five time! WCW Television champion, as the belt was treated like the proverbial hot potato in the first half of the year. Booker then unfortunately got injured. Luckily, Stevie had returned, and Booker awarded the title to his brother by 'Power of Attorney'. This might sound ridiculous, but it was WCW at the end of the 1990s so it is almost acceptable. Stevie's only singles championship run lasted less than a month. After briefly feuding with Chavo Guerrero over the strap, he would go on to lose the belt to Chris Jericho (no shame in that) on an episode of Monday Nitro.
