4. Sit Down, Cole

The Jim Ross jab wasn't Jonathan Coachman's only spicy line last night, as the third man in Raw's announce booth took aim at partner Michael Cole as Liv Morgan wrestled Ember Moon on the midcard.

Morgan, for whatever reason, has taken to dyeing her tongue blue before appearing on television. An intrepid Michael Cole sought to answer the question of "why?" earlier in the night, revealing the following during the bout itself: "I asked Liv why she had a blue tongue, and she said 'I like the colour blue.'"

Earth-shattering stuff from Raw's lead announcer, and 'Coach' responded with pure sarcasm: "hardcore Michael Cole journalism."

Not bad, by Coachman's standards. If WWE are going to feed their announcers with mundane dribble like Cole's comment, then they least they can do is let the others sting the offender in return, though these moments don't exactly make up for the show's generally terrible commentary standards.
