10. Continuing To Use The Shield's Presentation Post-Split
The Shield's first run ended in June 2014. Shortly thereafter, both Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose changed up their ring attire, entrance music and overall presentation. Meanwhile, Roman Reigns kept wearing the riot-style gear, continued entering through the crowd and retained the familiar tune.
One of the first things WWE should have done was change his music and the notion that he was the only Shield member worthy of it.
That was never going to end well. After Rollins stabbed both Reigns and Ambrose in the back and joined on with The Authority, Roman needed to move onto something fresh himself. Imagine if Randy Orton or Batista had continued to use the Evolution theme on their own after the group disbanded. It wouldn't have worked, just as it hasn't for Reigns.
That Shield theme belongs to the group, not to Roman.
