10 Times WWE's Attitude Era Got SERIOUSLY Weird

10. Naked Mideon

When the Attitude Era was at it's height, The Undertaker entered the darkest period of his whole career. As the leader of The Ministry of Darkness, 'The Deadman' flirted with occult symbolism and Satanic imagery. This also included running with a stable of minions, which included Mideon. His allegiance to 'Taker was devout, and his look was perfect for the Lord of Darkness vibe that The Ministry gave off, but then things got really weird.

If you've never heard of Naked Mideon, this gimmick is exactly what you'd expect from the name. After the Ministry disbanded, Mideon would show up on WWE television in nothing but a fanny pack, a pair of boots, and a thong to show his bare ass. It served no purpose and always came across like a backstage joke that had somehow reached our screens.

Picture this happening in the modern era. It would be like The Wyatt Six going their separate ways, only for Erik Rowan to appear on TV as Naked Rowan. No explanation, just a hairy dude with a funny name, being reduced to appearing at inopportune moments with no clothes on. It was the (sort of) charming nonsense that could only happen in the Attitude Era.
