6. Yes? Forgotten? IIconic!

IMPACT Wrestling, the cheeky sods, dropped the second trailer for the 17 July Slammiversary pay-per-view as last night’s show appeared to be going off-air. As predicted, a handful of new surprises were in there, alongside the likes of Samoa Joe, Chelsea Green, and Andrade who were first teased at Rebellion.

Among the new teases for the logos for both Bullet Club and New Japan Pro Wrestling. Of course, El Phantasmo (BC) and Finjuice (NJPW) have debuted for IMPACT this year, with the aforementioned Satoshi Kojima (NJPW) following suit next week.

More notable, however, were teases for Daniel Bryan (the word “YES!”), Steve Maclin, formerly Steve Cutler (the word “Forgotten” in scrambled lettering), and the IIconics (their II symbol). For what it’s worth, Maclin’s partner Deonna Purrazzo is currently signed to IMPACT; having them both in the same company would be nice.

Expect more teases in the weeks leading to Slammiversary.
