3. Rhea Ripley vs. IYO SKY

The jury's out on WWE's ability to press pause on this match.

Being honest, they don't actually need to. In fact, Rhea Ripley vs. IYO SKY at WrestleMania 43 could be a proper blow off to their series after earlier matches on some other 'B' tier PLEs heading into the big weekender. Then, to make more women's wrestling history in Saudi Arabia, they could work some sort of 30-minute 'Iron Woman' encounter on either night.

Knowing they were heading towards that finishing line would motivate these real-life friends to put on a special match they'll be proud of forever. Ideally, it'll come at the tail end of a thunderous Women's Title reign for Ripley. There's no good reason why she couldn't hold the SmackDown belt for around a full year before dropping it to her old tag-team partner.

SKY will almost certainly be in the running to win the women's Royal Rumble match next year. She has an organic connection to the core audience that Triple H blatantly adores, and he'll relish the chance to book this fractured friendship story on TV. Maybe keep Pat McAfee away from it though, huh? No more "killing the business" or TKO-inspired storytelling needed.

30 minutes, 20 feisty friends turned enemies and the richest prize available to the women's division in WWE. That's a lovely thought. Rhea and IYO would be ready and willing to tear the house down and have one of the greatest divisional matches the fanbase has ever seen.

Then, they can hug it out as SKY celebrates her win.
