I'm still trying to wrap my head around this one. Going into WrestleMania XXIX, Mark Henry and Ryback were scheduled to face off in what promised to be a strangely enjoyable battle between two big dudes. It wasn't going to be Dean Malenko vs. Eddie Guerrero, but it was going to be a good old fashioned fight between two beasts. Ryback had truly dominated the competition since arriving on the scene in WWE, and his only defeats came when The Shield had to get involved to save someone's bacon. Mark Henry had shocked everyone by turning his completely forgettable career around and becoming a fascinating and enjoyable superstar from 2011 onwards. Still, his time in the ring was winding down even at this point, and after a colossal battle the up and coming Big Guy would surely stand tall to continue his momentum. Except he didn't. Ryback was looking to Shell Shock Henry, only to buckle under the weight and fall with the World's Strongest Man on top of him. This was good enough for the win. Many have speculated that the finish may have been botched, with Ryback temporarily knocked out. This would explain Ryback getting his heat back in the post-match by hitting Henry with his finisher, but it's still rather confusing. Even more confusingly, Ryback was put into a world title program with John Cena the next night. Riiiiiiiight.
