6. The Miz

It's become popular over the last couple of years to claim that The Miz, a man previously written off as the wrestling equivalent of herpes (annoying and impossible to get rid of), is now "underrated" or "misused".

The reality, however, is that we can't really say that's true until WWE gives him another opportunity further up the card. It's all well and good saying that someone belongs in the main event, but what seems like a good idea in wrestling fans' fevered imaginations doesn't always play out well in reality.

One thing that we can be sure of is that Miz probably has a job in WWE as long as he wants one. Regardless of whether he's capable of competing for a headline spot with Roman Reigns, he's one of the most reliable and entertaining workers in the upper mid-card.

In contrast to this, however, there are his growing commitments outside the ring, which may well precipitate an early exit from the squared circle of his own accord. In case you haven't heard (they didn't make a big thing of it), he and Maryse are currently expecting a baby, and he's also got a (sort of) movie career to consider as well.
