3. Kurt Angle Thought Daniel Bryan's Style Was Destructive
At the moment, Daniel Bryan's neck condition means he may never wrestle for World Wrestling Entertainment again. For many fans, that's an extremely sad thought to ponder, because Bryan had finally been fully accepted by the organisation as a headline-worthy star. At WrestleMania 31, he captured the Intercontinental Title, but was forced to vacate it shortly afterwards. Speaking about his peer's woes, Kurt Angle says he can relate to what Bryan is going through. Interestingly, whilst he noted he'd love to work a match against the WWE star, the Olympic Gold Medal winner also added some key analysis. In Kurt Angle's mind, Daniel Bryan's big-bumping style hasn't helped his cause whatsoever, and has actually been destructive to his career. In Angle's words, Bryan's diving headbutt has contributed terribly to the worsening neck condition. Kurt is one wrestler who knows a lot about neck problems, but even he has often neglected to fully change his style despite the pain. It's intriguing to hear Angle talk about Bryan's style, blaming the fact he even bumps off of his own moves, such as the running high knee strike.
