4. Triple H Always Thought Charles Wright Was One Of The Most Versatile Talents In WWE
As The Godfather character, Charles Wright became an important part of the 'Attitude' Era years in WWE. Finally, he had stumbled upon a gimmick that helped him become truly over with the audience, and it had been quite a few years in the making. Previously, Wright had played characters like Papa Shango and the 'Supreme Fighting Machine' Kama. This week, his connection with the WWE audience was recognised by none other than Triple H. Posting on Twitter, 'The Game' remarked that Wright had always been one of the most entertaining and versatile talents under the company umbrella. This was high praise indeed, especially considering the man only really hit home once he started playing the popular pimp. Admittedly, his work as The Godfather could not have been any different to the witch doctor leanings of Papa Shango. He even worked as part of the Nation Of Domination too, alongside the likes of Faarooq and The Rock. Triple H's words aren't random, Wright is set to be inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame the night before WrestleMania 32.
