James Storm is back in TNA, a fact which surprised a fair few pro wrestling fans. Recently, the 'Cowboy' had been working for WWE, used primarily on the NXT developmental brand. It was unclear just how much money Storm was receiving for his efforts, but he did reveal to Bill Apter recently that it wasn't a whole lot. Weighing up offers from both sides, Storm decided to return to TNA. He made his name with the promotion, but that wasn't all that was motivating him to make a comeback. As it turns out, TNA were offering more money than WWE were. There's a reason for this, tied mainly to the fact that Storm was never realistically going to make it to the main roster. In NXT, he was treated like a wrestling veteran, one who was there to put younger stars over. Storm says he never had a problem with that side of things, but wants to make as much money as possible to help feed his family. That's not something anyone can blame him for, but it is interesting to think that TNA offered him a more lucrative deal.
