3. Bianca Belair Loses At WrestleMania

In a decision that proved catastrophic for the company merely weeks after it took place, Charlotte Flair toppled 'The Nigtmare' to claim the most prestigious title in WWE at WrestleMania 36. The booking of Ripley in the aftermath wasn't the fault of 'The Queen', and NXT ratings temporarily spiked for her fleeting appearances on the show. But why would the company take the risk?

Bianca Belair's story is one of the simpler ones WWE like to tell, but only because it's one of the most enduring. A relative newcomer to the main roster yet alone the main event, 'The EST' has to practice what she preaches now lest it be weaponised against her for years to come. Asuka had to reinvent herself after losing to Charlotte Flair on the 'Grandest Stage'. Roman Reigns was far from made when he couldn't topple Brock Lesnar in 2015, even if his time came a year later. Shinsuke Nakamura hasn't been top title-worthy since the second he forearmed AJ Styles in the d*ck.

There are times and places and people to fool the fans with. WrestleMania 37 is not that time nor place. Bianca Belair is not one of those people.
