As if from nothing, Ric Flair's daughter Charlotte has taken to pro wrestling like a fish-out-of-water takes to land, and with what appears to be less than two years of pro wrestling experience (though she was a personal trainer and athlete beforehand) ascended to defeating Natalya for the NXT Women's Championship at Takeover. Easily the most consistently entertaining portion of NXT programming, the Women's division features a broad diversity of for the most part similarly talented wrestlers. Though newly introduced to NXT, Becky Lynch has over a decade of experience as Irish-born grappler Rebecca Knox. Having main evented in independent and globally-respected promotions worldwide, Lynch brings veteran experience to the table, and in a manner similar to Charlotte's match with Natalya, the potential for emotional and gripping action is high. One of Charlotte's weak points - promos and character development - could be hidden here, as merely from an in-ring standpoint Lynch has the athletic talent to be able to bring the best out of the second-generation daughter of one of the greatest of all time.
