2. Tyler Breeze v. Kalisto

As "Prince Pretty," Tyler Breeze has done more in the way of character development than most male wrestlers on the NXT roster. His in-ring heel persona though could use a feud with a talent like Kalisto, who in being a charismatic high-flyer, could similarly use a strong and well-defined heel to further establish his character. Let's imagine for a moment that Tyler Breeze wins the NXT Championship. Ideally, as a first competitor for said championship, Kalisto is ideal. He's in need of a breakout moment in the developmental promotion, and certainly doesn't lack attention-grabbing highspots to make that happen against the potentially newly-crowned champion. Breeze getting an opponent with which he can carry out a simple feud ("he's such an uggo that he wears a mask") has high potential for an underrated level of greatness.
