10 WWE Wrestlers Who Are Having A Very, Very Bad 2021
4. Roderick Strong
Poor, poor, Roderick Strong. What will the former NXT North American Champion do with his life now? Strong seemingly tendered his resignation to GM William Regal recently, although tongues are already wagging with regards to Roderick's next move. Will he return in shocking style in a few weeks? Is Strong destined to grapple with Daniel Bryan, Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura on SmackDown, or will he join the crowds chasing R-Truth on Monday nights?
Whatever his fate, 2021 has not been kind to Roderick Strong. Despite being the last man to join the group, it can be argued that Strong is in the most danger following the dissolution of The Undisputed Era? Adam Cole and Kyle O'Reilly seem destined to continue their feud forever and ever and will ultimately follow each other around the main event scene in WWE for all eternity. Bobby Fish? Injuries have taken their toll, but that has long been the case. Fish has 'PC coach' written all over him.
This leaves Roderick Strong, an elite-level professional wrestler who still hasn't cracked the character side of the game. Strong's finest work arguably came when he was on top of PWG as an arrogant jock, but his lack of size in the WWE landscape may put a lid on that character's potential these days. Could Strong survive on the main roster as a babyface? One can only hope. As it stands, the death of The Undisputed Era may prove curtains for the WWE career of Roderick Strong.
