The most charismatic pro-wrestler of all time, the biggest cross-cultural mainstream celebrity WWE has ever produced, a legitimate Hollywood star, a 10-time World Champion, a major Attitude Era draw, an iconic character, and a tremendous ambassador for the sport as a whole.

Of course The Rock should be in the Hall of Fame.

Why They AREN'T In:

Dwayne Johnson's induction likely depends on the big man waiting for a gap in his busy acting schedule. He's also one of the last few big-name headliners for WWE to throw in there, so they're likely holding back on The Rock until they need him.
