Every Current WWE Champion - Full List & Updates

Every current WWE champion reigning supreme on Raw, SmackDown and NXT.

There are currently 20 active titles in WWE.

Admittedly, two of those look to be show-specific and are hardly an ongoing concern to the weekly product. In fact, the creative team has put them to one side until certain jaunts to Saudi Arabia come around in late-2025. Then, you can expect to hear all about how important they are again. Regardless of that 'pick 'em up then put 'em down' approach, both are here for the sake of completion.

Winning any championship under WWE's watch is nothing to sniff at. It's a sure sign that Triple H is encouraged by a wrestler's in-ring work, character progression and/or promo skills. 'The Game' doesn't just stick the belts on anyone. Obviously, that's truer for the top titles than it is for say...the Speed Titles. They're nowhere near as important as some other prizes the men and women on Raw, SmackDown and NXT strive to hold, and could be considered largely worthless by most fans.

Some belts will take a while to get going, too. Titles like the Women's Intercontinental and United States Championships are still relatively new, and the Women's Tag-Team straps have always been a headache for the writers penning episodes of TV. Thankfully, WWE has managed to find a solution there by finally putting the titles on women who connect with the audience and having a backup story that's waiting to be triggered.

Here's every single reigning champion across all three major brands. This will be updated as and when title changes occur, so consider it a handy current guide on who's holding which title in WWE.

Undisputed WWE Champion: John Cena

John Cena
WWE

Since: 20 April, 2025.

Defeated: Cody Rhodes.

Show: WrestleMania 41 Night 2.

Proving good on his promise to "ruin" wrestling and win a record-setting 17th World Champion, John Cena - with an assist from Travis Scott - closed out WrestleMania 41's second night by pinning Cody Rhodes.

Not just is a Cena vs. Rhodes rematch on the cards down the line, but Big Match John also has the possibility to renew old rivalries with the likes of Randy Orton and CM Punk, while likewise there's a chance for John to work with a younger talent or two before he finally hangs up his boots.

World Heavyweight Champion: Jey Uso

WWE WrestleMania 41 Night 1 Jey Uso
WWE

Since: 19 April, 2025.

Defeated: GUNTHER.

Show: WrestleMania 41 Night 1.

'Main Event' Jey Uso not only shocked the world by winning the 2025 men's Royal Rumble, but the Yeet Man followed that up by defeating GUNTHER in the opening match of WrestleMania 41 Night 1. To add a further exclamation point to that win, Uso even managed to make the big Austrian tap out.

It now remains to be seen how Jey will fare in his first foray at the top of the singles mountain, but the constant wild crowd reactions to Uso more than warrant his position with the Raw brand's biggest prize.

WWE Women's Champion: Tiffany Stratton

Tiffany Stratton
WWE

Since: 3 January, 2025.

Defeated: Nia Jax.

Show: SmackDown.

Despite the fear of many, 'Tiffy Time' continues in the aftermath of Tiffany Stratton overcoming the odds and picking up a win over Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 41. While Flair was the nailed-on favourite for that match, Stratton grabbed the biggest win of her burgeoning career at this year's Showcase of the Immortals.

Given how Charlotte Flair is, well, Charlotte Flair, it's hard to imagine the Queen won't be circling back in for another shot at Tiffany's WWE Women's Championship in the coming weeks and months. For now, though, Stratton continues to rule the SmackDown roost.

Women's World Champion: IYO SKY

WWE Raw Iyo Sky
WWE

Since: 3 March, 2025.

Defeated: Rhea Ripley.

Show: Raw.

What a surprise WWE had in store for fans tuning into the post-Elimination Chamber 2025 edition of flagship show Raw.

IYO SKY defeated all-conquering Women's World Champ Rhea Ripley to grab the gold and theoretically nab Rhea's spot on the WrestleMania 41 lineup all at once. Of course, Mami would force her way into a triple-threat 'Mania match against IYO and Bianca Belair, but the Genius of the Sky managed to overcome the odds and emerge victorious at the Granddaddy of Them All.

As shown on the Raw After WrestleMania, though, Rhea has already made it clear that she's still gunning for SKY's Women's World Championship.

WWE Tag-Team Champions: The Street Profits

The Street Profits WWE Tag-Team Titles
WWE

Since: 14 March, 2025.

Defeated: DIY.

Show: SmackDown.

SmackDown's tag-team division has been a weekly highlight of the show for a while now. Chaos involving DIY, The Street Profits, Los Garza, Pretty Deadly, and the Motor City Machine Guns has been dramatic, complete with Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins dethroning Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa in Barcelona, Spain to become the WWE Tag Champs.

For the record, it had been over four years since The Profits held gold around here. While that was massively overdue, Tez and Dawkins still have plenty of teams chomping at the bit to bring this latest reign to an early end.

World Tag-Team Champions: The New Day

WWE WrestleMania 41 Night 1 The New Day Xavier Woods Kofi Kingston
WWE

Since: 19 April, 2025.

Defeated: The War Raiders (Erik and Ivar).

Show: WrestleMania 41 Night 1.

WrestleMania 41 saw The New Day win their first slice of gold since formally kicking Big E out of the group, with Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston nabbing an underhanded win over The War Raiders.

While that Woods and Kingston heel turn was executed expertly, the two sadly did a whole lot of nothing in the immediate aftermath. With the World Tag Team Championships now back around their waists, hopefully that's the shot in the arm the two-man New Day needs.

Intercontinental Champion: Dominik Mysterio

Dominik Mysterio
WWE

Since: 20 April, 2025

Defeated: Bron Breakker, Penta, and Finn Balor

Show: WrestleMania 41 Night 2

In a kayfabe sense, Dominik Mysterio somewhat overcame the odds to walk out of WrestleMania 41 as the new Intercontinental Champion. In a fatal four-way, Dirty Dom was up against the ever-dominant Bron Breakker, a former World Champion in Finn Balor, and a Penta who had so much momentum behind him since arriving in WWE earlier in the year.

Still, Mysterio had enough smarts to pick his moment, pinning Judgment Day buddy Balor to walk out of 'Mania 41 with his first piece of main roster singles gold to his name. That said, Finn clearly still has his eyes on that IC prize, as cracks continue to show within the Judgment Day.

United States Champion: Jacob Fatu

WWE WrestleMania 41 Night 1 Jacob Fatu
WWE

Since: 19 April, 2025.

Defeated: LA Knight.

Show: WrestleMania 41 Night 1.

Having already held WWE tag gold, Jacob Fatu captured his first singles title at WrestleMania Saturday, bringing an end to LA Knight's second reign with the United States Title.

The Samoan Werewolf has been a revelation since debuting in WWE last June, and a solid run as the US Champion can do wonders for both Fatu and for that belt. Jacob is on the track to becoming one of the biggest stars in the company, so having a singles title around his waist should prove to be a smart move.

Women's Intercontinental Champion: Lyra Valkyria

WWE Raw Lyra Valkyria Adam Pearce
WWE

Since: 13 January, 2025.

Defeated: Dakota Kai.

Show: Raw.

Lyra Valkyria burst into the breaking WWE news and made company history by becoming the first ever Women's Intercontinental Champion in mid-January, beating Damage CTRL's Dakota Kai in a tournament final to bag that belt.

It was somewhat a little disappointing to see that Intercontinental Title not defended at WrestleMania 41, but at least Lyra still got to compete, winning the Women's Tag Team Championships with the returning Becky Lynch - even if that particular reign only lasted for one day.

With Lynch having turned on her protege, it could well be that The Man will be the one next up to take IC gold.

Women's United States Champion: Chelsea Green

WWE Saturday Night's Main Event Nick Aldis Chelsea Green
WWE

Since: 14 December, 2024.

Defeated: Michin.

Show: Saturday Night's Main Event.

First-ever Women's United States Champ Chelsea Green was in the same boat as Lyra Valkyria in that she didn't defend her title at WrestleMania 41. Even more unfortunate for Chelsea, though, was that she was entirely absent from the Showcase of the Immortals, whereas Lyra at least got a tag match.

Green's work - especially her character work and facial expressions - has been a constant highlight of WWE programming in recent months, so here's hoping that excellent work is rewarded with a lengthy run as the United States Champion.

Women's Tag-Team Champions: Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez

WWE Raw Liv Morgan Raquel Rodriguez
WWE

Since: 21 April, 2025.

Defeated: Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria.

Show: Raw.

They may have had a blip at WrestleMania 41 against Lyra Valkyria and the returning Becky Lynch, but Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez righted that wrong by reclaiming the WWE Women's Tag Team Titles the very next night on Raw.

That makes Liv and Raquel a record-setting four-time Women's Tag Champs, as they continue to fend off challengers from Raw, SmackDown, and the NXT brand. It's just a shame that WWE has so few genuine women's tag teams across the board right now.

WWE Speed Champion: Dragon Lee

Dragon Lee WWE Speed Title
WWE.com

Since: 20 November, 2024.

Defeated: Andrade.

Show: Speed.

Let's be brutally honest: Few fans pay much attention to the Speed Titles or keep tabs on who holds the belt. It sure doesn't help that WWE's deal with social platform X means neither championship appears on Raw or SmackDown. That seems a bit counterproductive, and it's a shame for hopefuls like Dragon Lee that his belt comes across as worthless to the core product.

He technically won the thing from Andrade on 15 November, but the match didn't air on X until 20 November.

WWE Women's Speed Champion: Sol Ruca

Sol Ruca WWE Speed Champion
WWE

Since: 16 April, 2025

Defeated: Candice LeRae.

Show: Speed.

After inaugural WWE Women's Speed Champion Candice LeRae had held that belt for nearly 200 days, that reign was brought to a halt courtesy of Sol Ruca. Much like has been the case with both the men's and women's Speed Title, though, Ruca has yet to be seen with that particular piece of gold on WWE programming.

Of course, with her success at Stand & Deliver, Sol is now technically a two-time champ.

NXT Champion: Oba Femi

WWE NXT New Year's Evil 2025 Oba Femi
WWE.com

Since: 7 January, 2025.

Defeated: Trick Williams and Eddy Thorpe.

Show: NXT: New Year's Evil.

Oba Femi has all the tools to become a WWE success story on bigger brands like Raw and SmackDown someday, but Shawn Michaels will be keen to tell old D-Generation X cohort Triple H that they shouldn't be in any rush. Letting Femi develop as NXT Champion is the right way to go about things for now.

He bagged the title in a three-way match vs. Trick Williams and Eddy Thorpe at New Year's Evil. Already, the big man has surpassed 100 days at the top of the NXT tree.

NXT Women's Champion: Stephanie Vaquer

NXT Roadblock 2025 Stephanie Vaquer
WWE

Since: 11 March, 2025.

Defeated: Giulia.

Show: NXT: Roadblock.

Life is good for Stephanie Vaquer.

La Primera dethroned now-former champion Giulia on the brand's special Roadblock episode held inside the hallowed halls of Madison Square Garden. This was done due to injuries suffered by Giulia heading into the event.

WWE chief Triple H and NXT boss Shawn Michaels acted quickly to book a 'Winner Takes All' bout between both celebrated newcomers. Vaquer was given the nod, and now she's firmly on top of the entire division on NXT and even made her WWE Raw debut the night after WrestleMania 41.

NXT North American Champion: Ricky Saints

Ricky Saints WWE NXT North American Title
WWE.com

Since: 1 April, 2025.

Defeated: Shawn Spears.

Show: NXT.

Fellow AEW alumni Shawn Spears only lasted one month in the NXT North American Title hot seat before dropping the championship to Ricky Saints on the 1 April 2025 edition of the third brand's telly. This was a massive show of faith in the artist formerly known as Ricky Starks from Shawn Michaels. To that point, the fact Saints picked up a big win over Ethan Page - a former NXT Champion, no less - at Stand & Deliver is another hugely positive sign for Absolute.

HBK clearly sees big things in the future of Saints, and rightfully so. He has charisma, is good in-ring, and has connected with the core NXT audience.

NXT Women's North American Champion: Sol Ruca

NXT Stand & Deliver 2025 Sol Ruca
WWE

Since: 19 April, 2025.

Defeated: N/A (Stephanie Vaquer vacated).

Show: NXT Stand & Deliver.

With Stephanie Vaquer having been forced to vacate the NXT Women's North American Championship after her own NXT Women's Title success, it was Sol Ruca who emerged victorious for that vacant belt at Stand & Deliver.

In a brutal car crash of a ladder match, Sol was able to edge out her tag partner Zaria, former North American Champ Kelani Jordan, one-time NXT Women's Tag Champ Cora Jade, the heavy-hitting Lola Vice, and Culling's ever-underhanded Izzi Dame - which gives Ruca the second championship of her young career.

NXT Tag-Team Titles: Hank Walker & Tank Ledger

NXT Stand & Deliver 2025 Tank Ledger Hank Williams
WWE

Since: 19 April, 2025

Defeated: Fraxiom (Nathan Frazer and Axiom)

Show: NXT Stand & Deliver

It was a heck of a run, but Fraxiom's time as the NXT Tag Team Champions was brought to an end at an impressive 230 days by Hank Walker and Tank Ledger at Stand & Deliver in an absolute barn-burner.

Given the lofty standards set by Nathan Frazier and Axiom, Hank and Tank have a lot to live up to. That said, Walker and Ledger put on the best match of their career at Stand & Deliver, so the NXT Tag Team Titles appear to be in good hands from here on out.

WWE Men's Crown Jewel Champion: Cody Rhodes

WWE Crown Jewel 2024 Title Cody Rhodes
WWE.com

Since: 2 November, 2024.

Defeated: GUNTHER.

Show: Crown Jewel.

There were skeptical glances aplenty when Triple H unveiled the new Crown Jewel Championships on TV ahead of WWE's trip to Saudi Arabia in November 2024. Dual 'Champion vs. Champion' bouts were set up. Cody Rhodes vs. GUNTHER was one of them, and it was Cody who took the freakishly large Crown Jewel belt on the night. Then, he left the title in Saudi.

WWE will only make a big song and dance about it come the next Crown Jewel event, but it counts as an active championship.

WWE Women's Crown Jewel Champion: Liv Morgan

WWE Crown Jewel 2024 Title Liv Morgan Triple H
WWE.com

Since: 2 November, 2024.

Defeated: Nia Jax.

Show: Crown Jewel.

Similarly, there isn't much to write home about when it comes to the Women's Crown Jewel Title. Then-Women's World Champion Liv Morgan won it by beating then-Women's Champ Nia Jax in Saudi. She posed inside the ring with Cody Rhodes and Triple H before leaving the gigantic belt backstage for somebody else to cart about. It'll be interesting to see if WWE even remembers who the champions are by the time Crown Jewel 2025 is announced.

Will it even matter? There's a good chance this prize will only be contested between current reigning World Champions, not those who "won" it before.
