Much like Scott Hall, Jake 'The Snake' Roberts owes a lot to Diamond Dallas Page. Several years ago, Page welcomed Roberts into his home, looking to help turn his life around. At first, Jake rejected the advances, rubbishing the idea that yoga could do anything to help clean up fractured existence. It's a good thing he decided to give it a go, otherwise he may not be here. Mired in a world of pills, booze and serious recreational drug use, Jake was considered a lost cause to many. A lot of wrestling fans thought it was only a matter of time before the legendary wrestler showed up on wrestling news websites, in articles lamenting his death. Seeking one last ditch attempt to salvage his life, Jake accepted help from DDP. Since then, he has largely cleaned up his act. Jake was even inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame in 2014. There's no way that could have happened had he not sought change to his everyday life. Roberts was in dire condition when Page contacted him, and even contemplated suicide on numerous occasions. Chillingly, he asserts that he just didn't want to be alive any longer.
