7. Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross (c) Vs. Mandy Rose & Sonya Deville

"I thought that we were building women up", exclaimed Renee Young, trying to make sense of the scripting that led to this encounter being built around Mandy Rose calling Nikki Cross ugly, before confusing things further somewhat by yelling "what a sexy beast" as Cross gyrated in front of a bewildered Rose.

As if this match couldn't have mattered less, it was then briefly interrupted by the gang of 24/7 idiots chasing after R-Truth (affording Alexa Bliss a near fall, at least), forcing the quartet to calm everything down in order to get the crowd back into the contest's middle third.

Remarkably, they managed it. Fans were into Cross' eventual hot tag, with a miscommunication between the Champions ignored as the maniacal Scot scored the win on her own after saving the match just seconds earlier.

Bliss and Cross have developed surprising chemistry in a spot with more pressure on it than might first be apparent. It's only been a month and change since The IIconics were dethroned - the titleholders are still helping the straps along a rocky road of recovery.
