Mongo actually showed up on Raw before Mania, tangling with Kama in the lead-up to the NFL versus Million Dollar Corporation match. McMichael also would go on later that year to join WCW as a commentator, then transition to the ring as a member of the Four Horsemen. His in-ring career would only last for a few years, but he certainly made the most of his time, winning the WCW United States Championship while competing.
