7. Hulk Hogan Invents Money In The Bank (WrestleMania 9)
It was already shocking enough when new-class hero Bret Hart lost the WWE Championship to Yokozuna at WrestleMania 9, seconds after having salt thrown into his eyes by Mr. Fuji. Hogan arrived on the scene to check on his 'friend', which led to Fuji, for incomprehensible reasons, issuing a challenge on the new champion's behalf for right there, right now. In the moment, Hulkamania was reborn, with Hogan felling Yokozuna in a comically fast match, while the backstage machinations both sickened Hart, and surprised the crowd, who seemed to enjoy it at the time. Having Hogan on top did nothing for business, and after two straight months of not appearing on television, Hulk dropped the gold back to Yokozuna at the King of the Ring.
