16. Promises, Promises

According to big Billy Goldberg, the former storyline chum of Vince Russo (oh god, remember that?) has never made a promise that he hasn't been able to keep.

We're calling nonsense on that one, Billy boy.

That aforementioned WCW heel turn was a broken promise to Goldberg's fans. Not only that, it was horribly ill-advised. Perhaps the only good thing about it is that the turn didn't stand out in the sea of mediocrity WCW presented at the time.
